Herbalism: finding health in your own kitchen!

Stop feeling helpless or clueless towards everyday common illnesses.

This class is for people that wish to know more about medicinal plants, and become more confident in using specific medicinal plants at home.

Not too long ago, everyone knew how to treat common illnesses with natural remedies. Today, alternatives other than TylenolMC to treat fever and headaches are completely forgotten, even though natural remedies are very often free, easy to make, efficient and often have no side effects.

We offer a 4-day or 8 evening workshop to get to know medicinal plants and to learn to take care of your whole family naturally.

You will

  • Make salves, tinctures, syrups, infusions, lozenges and body lotions with simple and natural ingredients.
  • Know how to take care of your body by nourishing and tonifying it to be healthier.
  • Learn how medicinal plants work in your body, how to use them and how to prepare a safe treatment that really works
  • Know how to evaluate the quality of medicinal plants on the market and much more!

After this class, you will love to see weeds growing in your garden and on the street… and your friends and family will love you for it!
