Monika Schnug

Monika has more than 30 years experience in organic and biodynamic gardening of medicinal plants and vegetables. She studied in Germany from 1973 to 1976, then studied biodynamic agriculture with Maria Thun (at the Götheanum Centre in Switzerland).

She arrived in Québec in 1984 after working in Germany where she started many different vegetable gardens. From 1984 to 1990 she created a vegetable and medicinal plant garden and created Jardin de Tournesols (1990 to 2004).

At Flora Medicina, Monika teaches the Organic gardening class.
