Caroline started teaching in 1995: first on her own, than as a member of the Académie de Phytothérapie du Canada and at the Centre de Techniques Homéopatiques, in Montreal. She then cofounded Flora Medicina. She also has had a private practice since 1995.

- Collaborator in the elaboration of plant protocols and member of the administrative counsel of TRASH (Techniques et références pour l’assistance au sevrage d’héroïne)
