Teacher, director and cofounder

Caroline Gagnon - director, teacher and cofounder of Flora Medicina, school of herbalism Caroline started teaching in 1995: first on her own, than as a member of the Académie de Phytothérapie du Canada and at the Centre de Techniques Homéopatiques, in Montreal. She then cofounded Flora Medicina. She also has had a private practice since 1995.

  • Member of the administrative counsel of the Guilde des herboristes (one mandate)
  • Collaborator in the creation of the professional wing of the Guilde des herboristes and its code of deontology.
  • Animator in the Montreal community gardens (popular education)
  • Radio and television appearances, for example in the Télé-Québec show Une pilule, une p’tite granule
  • Collaborator in the elaboration of plant protocols and member of the administrative counsel of TRASH (Techniques et références pour l’assistance au sevrage d’héroïne)
  • Invited teacher at the Pharmacy department of l’Université de Montréal
